At the following locations, you can receive free electronic preparation and e-filing of your tax return. We serve households earning up to $45,000 annually and individuals earning up to $20,000 annually. We cannot serve you if you have capital gains, income from rental property, or if you are not a full-time Illinois resident.
- Most sites are open from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturday mornings from January 23 to April 10, with all sites being closed on Saturday, March 6. Please note that not all sites are open every Saturday.
- All sites operate on a first come, first served basis, so please arrive early, as many sites will be full well before the official closing time.
- Tuesday and Thursday evening sessions run from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
