Tax Assistance Program - Financial Strategies for Working Families

get involved

The Tax Assistance Program is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. TAP does not earn income from any of the programs that it offers. Instead, it relies solely on contributed income from a variety of sources. Over the past decade, TAP has been successful in securing funding from government agencies, corporations, and foundations.

There are many ways in which you can sponsor the Tax Assistance Program. Any donation of services, products, money, or time makes certain that TAP can continue to serve Chicago's low-income workers. Because of our low overhead, 95% of TAP's budget goes directly to programming costs.

With a mere $100 donation, you can ensure that one more family in need receives their tax refund.
